Crochet Cactus Pattern
I love plants and flowers. If you follow me on Instagram, you’ve probably seen that I incorporate one or the other in nearly every photo I post. So I’ve honestly been wanting to create a crochet cactus pattern for a while now, but also wanted to make it unique. So with Christmas and the holidays approaching, and being a fabulous source of inspiration, the idea of the Christmas Cactus was born! I originally considered wrapping him in lights like a desert Christmas Tree, but I wanted this to be a quick pattern that you could make to decorate or as a last minute holiday gift, so I ultimately decieded to adorn him with a Santa Hat and cute Kawaii face instead and I’m so happy with how he turned out!
My Crochet Christmas Cactus uses the same basic construction method and stitch pattern as my Gourd-geous Pumpkins Pattern, so if you had a chance to make those then you’re already well on your way to success with this amigurumi cactus too!
