Crochet Glasses Case for Gifting and Personal Use
The Hopscotch Glasses Case makes an excellent gift for just about anyone who wears glasses or sunglasses. Its neutral style is ideal for men, but you’ll find it’s equally loved by women. Even if they don’t wear eyeglasses or reading glasses, most adults need a crochet sunglasses case to keep their sunglasses! The lined, double layer crochet glasses case is great for helping kids keep track and take care of their glasses too! Make one in their favorite colors, or stick to classic tones for a more sophisticated look. And don’t forget yourself! It’s a great pattern for keeping your own eyewear safe and scratch-free, whether at home, in the car, in your bag or on the go.
Pair it with a Gift Card for a Thoughtful Gift
Take your handmade gift to the next level by pairing the Hopscotch Crochet Glasses Case with a gift card. Support a local sunglass store that sells quality brands that the receiver will love. Often Surf and Ski shops sell sunglasses, as do drugstores. Choose different colors of yarn that match their style or opt for a classic look, and tuck the gift card inside the case for a fun surprise. This combination makes for a quick yet heartfelt gift that they’re bound to love.
Why You’ll Love the Hopscotch Glasses Case Pattern
This quick crochet project isn’t just practical; it’s actually really fun to make! The Hopscotch stitch adds a unique texture that produces a sturdy fabric and looks great, while remaining easy to work up. Designed in a forgiving size, with no shaping, it’s easy to hook in continuous rounds, with no sewing up at the end! Plus, with two styles to choose from, you can customize the design to suit your needs—lightweight for everyday use or lined for extra protection.
