Floral Blanket Square Pattern!

What I love about the Sweet Flora Afghan Square is that you get the feel of a sampler pattern, without actually having to master a whole bunch of different stitches. I’ve tried to take just a few stitches, and put them together in different ways to give you that look, without the extra work! If you want to keep things simple for this blanket square you can use a single color and get a beautiful textured square thanks to the puff stitches that has the feeling of blooms.

If however, you’re like me and you love all the color, then you can make yours multicolored instead! I recommend choosing one main neutral color, I’ve used white, and 2 accent colors of your choice, I’ve used pink and lavender. I just picked colors I had in my stash that reminded me of flowers TBH.

This square is beautiful on its own, and if you wanted to work it up in a thicker yarn, it would make a lovely pillow cover or even to hang on your wall, or decorate a tabletop. You could make 3-4 of them and sew them in a square or in a row to make a lovely spring runner too! So many fabulous possibilities!! It’s totally up to you, after all this is your project you amazing hooker! 😘 💜

Need some help with the stitches? U provide photo and (some) video tutorials within the pattern to help you with the included techniques and more! I am always happy to help you with any questions you may have. Don’t crochet yet? I would love to help you Learn to Crochet with my fun Crochet Tutorials, which are FREE right here on my blog!
